Dear Wickham,

I want to thank you and Jerry Tallmer for making me the mouthpiece of so many. I want to commend you all for all of your efforts, and I see just how far-reaching and effective they are. I’ve gotten positive responses about the Thrive NYC article from friends in just about every neighborhood of Manhattan and virtually each borough!

What’s been even more rewarding is that the African-American family whom we stayed with when I first came to the States in the ’70s has found me and we’ve reconnected! What a wonderful feeling – it’s like the New York version of the African bush telephone! Awesome!
